Pay: $80,000–$180,000/year (Base + Commission)

As a Residential HVAC Sales Technician, you’ll be on the road throughout the greater Austin, TX area (30-mile radius from 2409 Richcreek Road), helping residential clients maintain and upgrade their HVAC systems. Your responsibilities include:
Diagnosing and repairing residential HVAC systems with precision.
Identifying systems needing replacement and presenting options to clients.
Performing routine maintenance, repairs, and inspections to ensure systems run smoothly.
Selling repair services, upgrades, and equipment.
Maintaining a clean and organized company vehicle stocked with necessary tools and inventory.
Delivering exceptional customer service while upholding a positive and professional attitude.

Experience: 3-5 years of residential HVAC work with a strong track record in repairs and sales.
Education: High school coursework.
Certifications:
EPA Type 2 Certification.
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record (insurance purposes).
Skills:
Ability to diagnose, repair, and maintain HVAC systems.
Strong sales and communication skills to present replacement and upgrade options.
Technical knowledge and the ability to operate hand and power tools.
Additional Requirements:
Must pass a background check (in compliance with TDLR) and drug testing.
In-house technical evaluation and personality index assessment required.
