Diagnose, repair, and evaluate residential HVAC systems across the Austin, Texas area
Present and sell high-value HVAC systems, ductwork, and indoor air quality solutions
Generate and close equipment replacement opportunities while delivering excellent customer experience
Perform service, maintenance, and inspections to identify repair and upgrade opportunities
Provide accurate diagnostics and clearly communicate repair and replacement options
Coordinate with technicians, sales team, and installers to ensure smooth job execution
Size equipment and assist with ductwork design and material planning
Maintain a clean, organized vehicle and proper inventory
Participate in a rotating on-call schedule, including evenings and weekends, with calls running as late as 9:00 PM
Maintain punctuality, attend weekly meetings, and contribute to team performance through strong sales and service execution
Continuously improve product knowledge, technical ability, and sales performance

Minimum 3 years of HVAC repair and/or HVAC sales experience (5+ years preferred)
EPA Type 2 certification or higher
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
Ability to pass a background check
Willingness to work after hours, including on-call and weekends
Availability to start within 2 weeks
Strong diagnostic, communication, and sales skills
Ability to generate revenue through equipment sales and service opportunities
Ability to size HVAC systems and recommend appropriate solutions
Ability to work extended hours, with calls running as late as 9:00 PM
