Perform residential HVAC diagnostics, repair, service, and maintenance across Austin, Texas and surrounding areas
Accurately diagnose system issues and deliver effective, long-term repair solutions
Repair or replace components including compressors, motors, thermostats, and fans
Troubleshoot airflow issues, refrigerant leaks, and system performance problems
Calibrate and program HVAC systems for optimal efficiency and operation
Present repair options to customers and provide clear, confident recommendations
Generate system replacement leads and support turnover to the sales team
Identify opportunities to offer ductwork improvements and indoor air quality solutions
Maintain accurate documentation of work performed, parts used, and customer interactions
Maintain a clean, organized service vehicle and proper truck stock inventory
Coordinate with sales and installation teams to ensure seamless job execution
Assist with ductwork sizing, design, and material ordering as needed
Participate in a rotating on-call schedule, including evenings and weekends, with service calls running as late as 9:30 PM
Maintain punctuality, including first call readiness and weekly team meetings
Contribute to team performance goals through high-quality work, low callback rates, and effective service recommendations
Continuously improve technical skills and product knowledge

Minimum 2 years of HVAC repair experience in residential, light commercial, apartment maintenance, or facilities maintenance environments
EPA Type 2 certification or higher
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
Ability to pass a background check
Willingness to work a rotating on-call schedule including evenings and weekends
Availability to start within 2 weeks
Ability to communicate professionally with customers and present repair solutions
Willingness to generate leads and support sales opportunities
Ability to work extended hours as needed, with service calls running as late as 9:30 PM
Familiarity with Bryant, Mitsubishi, and similar HVAC systems preferred
Ability to configure and program HVAC equipment preferred
