Pay: $27.00 to $32.00 per hour
Weekly pay
Full-time schedule, Monday through Friday

Lead residential HVAC installation projects while supervising and mentoring installation team members
Install HVAC systems, ductwork, line sets, furnaces, and related equipment in residential homes
Ensure all installations meet manufacturer specifications, local building codes, and safety regulations
Read and interpret blueprints, installation drawings, and technical documentation
Troubleshoot installation challenges and resolve issues efficiently while maintaining high-quality workmanship
Train and develop junior HVAC installers to improve technical skills and job performance
Coordinate with contractors, engineers, and other trades to ensure successful project completion
Operate a company vehicle to travel between residential job sites
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment while delivering outstanding customer service

Minimum of 3 years of residential HVAC installation experience
Strong knowledge of residential HVAC systems, equipment, components, installation methods, and safety standards
Proven leadership experience leading or mentoring installation crews
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical documentation
EPA Certification required
Journeyman License required
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication, leadership, and time management abilities
Ability to manage multiple installation projects while maintaining quality and efficiency
Ability to safely lift equipment and perform the physical demands of residential HVAC installation
