Your New Role

• Work from Phoenix, AZ

• Assist with the installation of residential HVAC systems, including air conditioners, furnaces, boilers, and ventilation equipment

• Read and follow HVAC schematics and installation plans

• Inspect installed systems to verify proper operation, safety, and performance

• Troubleshoot and repair HVAC equipment using industry-standard tools, including electrical testing equipment and refrigeration gauges

• Assist with plumbing connections related to HVAC installations

• Communicate with homeowners about system operation, maintenance, and basic troubleshooting

• Complete installation and service documentation accurately

• Follow all company safety procedures and industry best practices

• Support experienced installers on residential HVAC installation projects while maintaining high-quality workmanship

• Minimum of 2 years of residential HVAC installation experience

• Strong mechanical aptitude and knowledge of HVAC systems, HVAC/R equipment, and basic construction practices

• Ability to read and interpret technical diagrams and schematics

• Experience with equipment repair and troubleshooting

• Familiarity with electrical testing tools, including ohmmeters

• Knowledge of refrigeration systems; experience with boilers, welding, plumbing, or mechanical repair is a plus

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record

• Ability to communicate effectively with customers and team members

• Ability to work independently and safely in residential environments

• English language proficiency

• Ability to reliably commute to Phoenix, AZ 85086
