Pay 

• $25.00 - $32.00 hourly depending on experience
• Earn additional compensation through a monthly revenue bonus, reflecting your contribution to the team's success and providing a tangible reward for your dedication and exceptional performance

Responsibilities

• Installation, Repair, and Maintenance: Execute the installation, repair, and maintenance of residential electrical equipment and services to ensure optimal functionality.
• Diagnostic Expertise: Assess the general condition of all electrical equipment, proficiently troubleshoot electrical malfunctions, and determine the scope of necessary repairs with precision.
• Blueprints and Electrical Schematics: Collaborate effectively by working with and understanding blueprints, electrical schematics, and job specifications, applying this knowledge to enhance the quality of your work.
• Material Identification and Quantities: Identify appropriate materials and determine material quantities required for both new projects and existing repair assignments, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in project execution.
• Straight Forward Pricing and Safety Inspections: Utilize the Straight Forward Pricing Guide to present repair or installation options accurately, conduct thorough safety inspections to maintain a high standard of work, and prioritize safety in every aspect of the job.

Our Hiring Process

• 3-5 years of residential electrician experience
• Must have troubleshooting experience
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Successful completion of background check and drug screening
• Driver's license and a Clean driving record
• Ability to communicate effectively to clients about issues and provide accurate solutions
• Must be authorized to work in the United States
