Your New Role:

As a Master Electrician at Xtreme Air Services, you’ll be the go-to expert for all things electrical in the homes of our valued clients across DFW and the surrounding areas. Your responsibilities will include:

• Expertly servicing customers’ entire needs with exceptional skill and dedication.
• Maintaining a neat work area and wearing floor savers to respect our clients' homes.
• Clearly explain the services you’re performing to ensure client understanding.
• Installing, maintaining, modifying, and repairing electrical systems.
• Conducting thorough inspections and tests to ensure safety and operability.
• Establishing rapport with clients to recommend the best products and services.
• Maintaining your truck as a mobile billboard, always neat and clean.
• Participating in all training exercises, meetings, and retreats to stay ahead.

• You hold an active Master Electrician License and have 5+ years of experience.
• You’re a self-starter, reliable, and flexible with hours.
• You possess strong customer service skills and excellent technical communication abilities.

• High school diploma/GED required
• Associate degree preferred but not required
• Hold an active Master Electrician License 
• 5+ years experience in the electrical trade with residential service experience
• Self-starter, reliable, flexible with hours
• Strong customer service skills
• Must pass random drug testing
• Understanding of the current regulations within the field
• Excellent interpersonal communication skills on a technical level
• Able to work both independently and as part of a team
• General knowledge of power tools and techniques for care and safe use
• Maintain a valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record\
• Demonstrable knowledge and skills in residential installation, troubleshooting, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems
