Pay
- $23.00 - $27.00 / hour + commission and bonuses depending on experience

Responsibilities
- Perform diagnostics and troubleshooting of residential electrical systems to identify and resolve issues effectively
- Conduct on-site estimates for electrical services, evaluating the scope of work and providing accurate cost estimates
- Communicate directly with customers, understanding their electrical needs and providing clear explanations of recommended solutions
- Collaborate with customers to address any questions or concerns regarding electrical services and ensure customer satisfaction
- Execute electrical repairs, installations, and upgrades in residential properties, adhering to safety protocols and electrical codes
- Install, repair, or replace electrical components such as outlets, switches, circuit breakers, lighting fixtures, and electrical panels
- Ensure proper documentation of work performed, including detailed reports, job orders, and customer information
- Maintain professionalism and a customer-centric approach when interacting with clients throughout the service process
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to coordinate work schedules and maintain efficient workflow
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, ensuring a safe and professional environment for oneself and others
Job requirements
- 4 years of Electrical Experience
- Outgoing personality that blends well with a fast-paced, goal-driven environment
- Excellent organization, planning, and follow-through abilities
- Takes great pride in going the extra mile for our customers
- Strong customer service skills (active listening, relationship building, etc.)
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Must be Authorized to work in the U.S.
