  • Hiring Incentive: Eligible for a one-time hiring incentive of up to $5,000, paid in two equal installments (50% after 90 days, 50% after 180 days of active employment)

  • Schedule: Full-time, Monday through Friday (standard 8-hour shifts, flexibility available)

Your New Role

As a Residential Electrical Sales Representative, you’ll meet with homeowners across the St. Louis Metro area, based out of Fenton, Missouri. You’ll assess customer needs, present custom solutions, and help clients make confident decisions about their electrical projects.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Conduct in-home or on-site consultations to assess residential electrical needs

  • Educate customers on available options and provide tailored solutions

  • Prepare and present professional, accurate estimates using digital tools

  • Follow up with prospects, answer questions, and manage the customer journey

  • Work closely with office staff and installation teams to ensure smooth project handoffs

  • Maintain organized records and contribute ideas to improve the process

Job requirements

  • Prior sales experience, preferably in home services such as electrical, solar, HVAC, or roofing

  • Strong communication skills and a customer-focused mindset

  • Confidence in presenting solutions and closing sales in person

  • Comfortable using CRM software, tablets, and estimating platforms

  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

  • Self-motivated, coachable, and eager to grow with a high-performance team
