Your New Role:

• In the Repair and Remediation Technician role, attics are your main arena. This focus is crucial due to our seasonal needs which peak with attic-related issues.

Here’s what you’ll be tasked with:

• Attic Remediation: You'll be the hero in the high beams, cleaning, restoring, and securing attics from all types of intruders.

• Crawlspace Remediation: You’ll ensure the underbelly of homes are just as secure, applying your expertise to keep them clean and critter-free.

• Exterior Repairs: Strengthen homes against nature’s elements with your skillful exterior fixes.

• Technical Mastery: Harness our advanced tech tools for superior communication and efficient task management.

Our Hiring Process:

• No experience is needed but, experience in Construction, Remediation, Wildlife, or related trades is highly preferred

• Proficient in using communication and service software (e.g., Slack, Zoho)

• Ability to perform Attic Remediation tasks

• Capability to conduct Crawlspace Remediation activities

• Skilled in Exterior Repairs and maintenance

• Physically capable of lifting 50+ lbs.

• Comfortable with climbing ladders up to 40 ft.

• Driver's License required

• Pass a background check

• Must be authorized to work in the US
