Pay

• $45,000.00 - $72,000.00/year
• Sign-On Bonus of $750.00

Responsibilities

• Listen and follow directions: Adhere to instructions and guidelines provided by the team lead or supervisor
• Use a tablet/phone: Utilize mobile devices for communication and data management
• Use communication and service software (e.g., Slack, Zoho): Engage in efficient communication and task coordination using designated software tools
• Attic Remediation: Perform tasks related to cleaning and restoring attics
• Crawlspace Remediation: Conduct activities associated with cleaning and repairing crawlspaces
• Exterior Repairs: Undertake repairs and maintenance tasks on building exteriors
• Lifting 50+ lbs: Handle heavy objects, weighing 50 pounds or more, as part of the job requirements
• Climbing Ladders 40 ft: Safely ascend and descend ladders up to 40 feet in height as needed for various tasks

• No experience needed but, experience in Construction, Remediation, Wildlife, or related trades is highly desired
• Proficient in using communication and service software (e.g., Slack, Zoho)
• Ability to perform Attic Remediation tasks
• Capability to conduct Crawlspace Remediation activities
• Skilled in Exterior Repairs and maintenance
• Physically capable of lifting 50+ lbs.
• Comfortable with climbing ladders up to 40 ft.
• Driver's License required
• Pass a background check
• Must be authorized to work in the US
