Your New Role

• Work fully remotely from anywhere in the United States

• Review roofing inspection reports, roof photos, measurements, and supporting documentation

• Analyze roof conditions and identify storm damage, leaks, wear, and other roofing concerns

• Determine whether a project requires repair, maintenance, restoration, or replacement

• Prepare detailed and accurate residential and commercial roofing estimates based on available inspection information, including commercial roofing systems such as TPO and other low-slope applications

• Enter estimates, project notes, and follow-up details into JobNimbus

• Request additional information or coordinate an on-site inspection when documentation is incomplete

• Communicate estimate details and project recommendations with internal production and operations teams

• Monitor assigned projects and maintain organized, accurate documentation

• Manage multiple estimates while meeting deadlines and maintaining a high level of accuracy

• 3 or more years of roofing experience involving estimating, inspections, or project support

• Experience bidding commercial roofing projects, including TPO and other low-slope commercial roofing systems, is strongly preferred

• Strong knowledge of residential and commercial roofing systems, materials, repair methods, and replacement processes, including TPO and other commercial roofing systems

• Ability to interpret roofing inspection reports, roof measurements, photos, and supporting documents

• Experience preparing accurate residential and commercial roofing repair and replacement estimates

• Experience using JobNimbus or similar roofing CRM and estimating software required

• Strong written and verbal communication skills

• Excellent organization, documentation, and time-management skills

• Ability to work independently and stay accountable in a remote environment

• Reliable high-speed internet

• Professional and distraction-free home workspace

• Access to a second monitor for your workspace
