Pay

• $75,000.00-$90,000.00/year

• M-F 7:30-4:30, with an hour lunch

Responsibilities

• Coordinate all subcontractors and vendors, ensuring they are scheduled in a timely manner and that all work is completed on time, and to the required quality standards.
• Manage in-house carpenters and sub-contractors, ensuring they are assigned appropriate tasks, working efficiently, and that their work is completed to the highest quality standards.
• Act as a liaison between the sub-contractors and the homeowner, ensuring that all parties are informed of progress, any issues are resolved quickly, and that the project is completed to the homeowner's satisfaction.
• Monitor and enforce safety protocols, ensuring that all workers and visitors to the job site are following safety guidelines. 
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records. 
• Ensure that all equipment is properly maintained, cleaned, and stored when not in use.
• Monitor project schedules and budgets, identifying any potential issues and working with the project manager to implement corrective actions as necessary.

• Management and client communication skills
• 10+ years of relevant experience
• Experience in Condo remodeling and new home construction (seasoned veteran)
• Driver's license
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Should be located within 20 miles of Sarasota
• Must be authorized to work in the US.
