We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Commercial Refrigeration Technician to join our team. As a Commercial Refrigeration Technician, you will play a critical role in ensuring the optimal performance and reliability of our clients' commercial refrigeration equipment. Your expertise will contribute to the smooth operation of businesses that rely on refrigeration systems, such as restaurants.
Perform installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of commercial refrigeration systems, including walk-in coolers, freezers, display cases, and ice machines.
Diagnose and identify malfunctions in refrigeration systems, electrical components, and controls.
Conduct routine inspections to assess the condition of refrigeration equipment and recommend appropriate maintenance or repairs.
Ensure compliance with safety standards and protocols during all maintenance and repair activities.
Collaborate with other team members and provide technical support to junior technicians when needed.
Keep accurate records of service visits, maintenance tasks, and repairs performed.
Maintain a professional demeanor while interacting with clients and address any concerns they may have.
Stay updated on advancements and best practices to enhance technician skills and knowledge.

High school diploma or equivalent; completion of a formal refrigeration technician training program is a plus
Ability to learn dispatching software via iPad
Ability to read and interpret data from a voltage meter and HVAC gauges
High aptitude for working independently and with a team
Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and wiring diagrams
Excellent problem-solving skills and a keen attention to detail
Ability to work in extreme temperature conditions
Proficient in diagnosing and repairing various refrigeration issues efficiently
Outstanding communication and customer service skills
Possession of EPA Section 608 Universal Certification for handling refrigerants preferred
Strong understanding of commercial refrigeration systems, their components, and electrical controls
Valid driver's license and a clean driving record
Willing to undergo a DMV Record Screening as part of the hiring process
Must supply your own tools
Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
