We’re looking for a recruiter-coach who can rally a squad the way a seasoned foreman rallies trades-people on a jobsite—someone who turns promising recruiters into consistent closers and keeps client pipelines humming without a hitch. If you treat recruiting like an assembly line, swipe left. We craft Cadillac-level hiring experiences, and we need a captain who thrives on the grind.

Your mission: turn “good enough” into “undeniable” and make sure every trades company we serve feels like they’ve got an unfair talent advantage.
Lead From the Front - Set the tone on every call, email, and Slack thread—show them what “five-star” looks like.
Coach Relentlessly - Daily huddles, call audits, and pipeline reviews (every 2–4 weeks) to sharpen sourcing, screening, and closing.
Own the Pipeline - Guard quality across ~10 high-value accounts: candidate flow, stage velocity, and hiring-manager satisfaction live and die by your standards.
Drive Performance - Twice-monthly or monthly scorecard reviews to track KPIs, crush roadblocks, and celebrate wins.
Level-Up Processes - Sync with Ops & Support to refine workflows, beta-test new tools, and roll out training that sticks.
Champion Communication - Build trust with hiring managers, keep stakeholders in the loop, and foster a culture of transparency where playbooks (and pain points) are openly shared.

3+ years crushing full-cycle recruiting or staffing targets.
1+ year leading or coaching recruiters—with the metrics to prove you moved the needle.
Fluency in ATS/CRM and call-audit tools; data guides your gut.
Magnetic communication skills—written, spoken, and everything in between.
Jedi-level time management; juggling multiple pipelines feels like play.
Bonus points if you’ve hunted in the skilled-trades arena or scaled remote teams across time zones.
