Your New Role

  • Answer and route incoming phone calls in a professional and courteous manner

  • Welcome visitors and provide exceptional front-desk customer service

  • Process and manage work orders and purchase orders accurately

  • Perform data entry and general administrative support tasks

  • Maintain organized records, files, and office documentation

  • Support team members with daily office administration needs

  • Coordinate front office activities to ensure efficient operations

  • Utilize receptionist, administrative assistant, office administration, customer service, data entry, scheduling, and office support skills to contribute to team success

Job requirements

  • At least 1 year of receptionist, administrative, office assistant, or office support experience preferred

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills

  • Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills

  • Basic computer proficiency and accurate data entry skills

  • Ability to multitask and stay organized in a busy office environment

  • Professional demeanor and presentation

  • Dependable, punctual, and detail-oriented work habits

  • Ability to pass a background check

  • Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen

  • Authorization to work in the United States
