We're looking for a skilled Project Manager with hands-on experience in thermal construction who’s ready to take charge of high-value, complex cold storage and thermal envelope projects from start to finish.
Salary: $105,000–$130,000 per year, depending on experience
Full-time, Monday–Friday schedule

In this role, you’ll manage end-to-end execution of large cold storage and thermal envelope construction projects, typically in the $5M+ range. You'll oversee project planning, resource management, subcontractor coordination, and quality control, ensuring that every detail aligns with performance goals and thermal compliance standards.
Lead planning, scheduling, and delivery of thermal construction projects
Oversee full project lifecycle from pre-construction through closeout
Manage project budgets and schedules with a typical contract value of $5M+
Conduct job site visits to monitor progress, safety, and quality
Read and interpret thermal construction drawings and specs
Coordinate materials procurement, vendor management, and subcontractor schedules
Ensure proper installation of insulated panels, vapor barriers, and related systems
Maintain consistent communication with internal teams and external stakeholders
Resolve jobsite issues related to manpower, materials, or scheduling delays
Report project progress and financials to leadership
Location: Based in Woodstock, GA with monthly travel to project sites required.

Minimum 5 years of project management experience in commercial or industrial construction
At least 3 years of experience managing cold storage or thermal envelope projects involving insulated metal panels and vapor barrier systems
Proven ability to lead complex projects valued at $5 million or more
Willingness to travel monthly to active project sites
Strong organizational and planning skills
Ability to read and interpret technical construction drawings and specifications
Excellent communication and coordination skills across field and office teams
Proficient with project management tools, schedules, and documentation
