Your New Role

• Manage industrial roofing projects from planning through completion

• Oversee projects with annual workloads ranging from $8M-$12M

• Prepare estimates and proposals for upcoming roofing projects

• Build and maintain relationships with general contractors and subcontractors

• Coordinate roofing scopes with insulated metal panel (IMP) systems and related trades

• Manage project schedules, materials, subcontractors, and project documentation

• Conduct regular site visits to monitor project progress, safety, and quality standards

• Resolve project-related scheduling, manpower, and logistics challenges

• Provide regular updates and project reporting to leadership

• Position is based in Woodstock, GA, with monthly travel to job sites throughout the U.S.

• Minimum 5 years of project management experience in industrial or commercial roofing

• Experience with cold storage or thermally sensitive roofing systems preferred

• Experience estimating and proposing roofing scopes preferred

• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously

• Willingness to travel monthly for project site visits

• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills

• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications

• Knowledge of insulated metal panels (IMP) and roofing system coordination preferred

• Strong communication and relationship-building skills with contractors, subcontractors, and project teams

• Proficiency in construction project management processes and documentation
