What You’ll Be Doing

As a Project Manager in the Roofing Division, you’ll take full ownership of industrial roofing scopes, primarily in cold storage builds. You’ll manage active jobs, pursue new project opportunities, and help build our reputation one GC relationship at a time.

  • Manage roofing projects with a yearly workload target of $8–12 million

  • Estimate and propose roofing scopes for upcoming projects

  • Cultivate relationships with general contractors to generate repeat business

  • Review project documents to ensure full coordination between insulated metal panels (IMPs) and roofing systems

  • Oversee subcontractors, materials, and job schedules

  • Conduct monthly site visits to monitor job progress, quality, and safety

  • Collaborate with the thermal team to ensure total envelope integrity

  • Resolve challenges around manpower, schedule, and logistics

  • Report progress and key milestones to company leadership

Location: Based in Woodstock, GA, with monthly travel required to job sites across the country.

Job requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of project management experience in industrial roofing

  • Experience with cold storage or thermally sensitive roofing systems strongly preferred

  • Experience in estimating and proposing roofing scopes is a big plus

  • Comfortable managing multiple concurrent projects and tight timelines

  • Willingness to travel monthly for site visits

  • Detail-oriented and highly organized

  • Able to read and interpret construction documents, with a focus on IMP and roofing coordination

  • Strong interpersonal skills, able to build relationships with GCs and subs

  • Eagerness to learn and grow alongside a rapidly expanding company
