Your New Role

As our Project Manager, you’ll be the central link between clients, office staff, and field technicians. Key responsibilities include:

• Clear, effective communication to keep all parties aligned
• Ensuring timely material procurement for smooth project progress
• Coordinating schedules with dispatch for streamlined operations
• Budget oversight to keep projects on track financially
• Regular job site visits to monitor and support project progress
• On-the-spot problem solving to keep everything moving forward

• Advanced experience and knowledge in HVAC, Plumbing, and Electrical
• 6-10 years of management experience in a project leadership role
• Strong communication skills to coordinate with clients, office staff, and technicians
• Proven ability to procure materials and manage schedules effectively
• Skilled in budget management and regular on-site progress checks
• Ability to pass a drug screen and background check
• Reside within a 40-mile radius of Jasper, IN, or be willing to relocate
