Salt Air Inc. is looking for an HVAC Project Manager who can take charge and elevate our commercial new construction projects to new heights.

Your New Role:

As the HVAC Project Manager at Salt Air Inc., you will be at the helm of our commercial new construction projects. Your mission: to ensure every project is completed efficiently, on time, and within budget. Here’s how you’ll make it happen:

• Schedule Creation: Develop and maintain comprehensive project schedules.
• Plan Reviews: Conduct thorough reviews of project plans to spot potential issues.
• Labor & Material Cost Management: Keep an eagle eye on costs and make necessary adjustments.
• Submittal & Change Order Management: Evaluate project submittals and execute change orders.
• Jobsite Analysis & Reviews: Conduct detailed analysis and regular reviews to monitor progress.
• Coordination Meetings: Lead meetings with foremen and contractors' project managers.
• Team Development & Safety Culture: Foster team growth and champion a strong safety culture.
• Training Initiatives: Spearhead training to enhance team skills.
• Permitting & Timesheet Reviews: Manage permits and ensure accurate timesheet tracking.
• Certified Payroll & Payment Applications: Ensure compliance with payroll requirements and oversee billing processes.
