Step Into a Leadership Role with a Company That Gets It

Are you tired of feeling like a small cog in a giant machine? Do you want to work for a company that values your unique skills and offers you the chance to make an impact every day? At AMECO USA, we’re more than a manufacturing and engineering company—we’re a growing team where your voice is heard, and your work genuinely matters. We’ve been serving the metals and fabricating industry since 1992, and as we continue to grow, we’re looking for a Project Manager to help take our business to new heights.

You’ve seen it before: companies that treat project managers like glorified paper-pushers, where you’re swamped with pointless meetings and bogged down in bureaucracy. Not here. We’re looking for a results-driven leader who thrives in dynamic environments and is passionate about finding creative solutions. If you want a fast-paced role where you’ll work on a variety of unique projects and directly influence the success of our operations, this is the opportunity for you.

Your New Role:

  • Engineer custom solutions for products, equipment, and services, ensuring we exceed customer expectations.
  • Own the entire sales and estimating process for fabricated and machined metal components across various industries.
  • Lead production from start to finish, managing all phases from drawings, drafting, and design to completion, depending on your expertise.
  • Serve as the program manager for estimating, quoting, sales, and customer follow-ups.
  • Be the go-to person for project execution and program oversight, ensuring everything runs smoothly and efficiently.

What’s In It For You to Join the Team?

  • Pay: $70,000 - $110,000 annually, based on experience, with additional profit-sharing potential.
  • Flexibility: We value work-life balance and offer flexible scheduling.
  • Diverse Projects: Each day brings something new—no boring, repetitive tasks here.
  • Career Growth: As we expand, so do your opportunities. We promote from within and provide continued education to help you stay ahead.
  • Relocation Package: Considering a move to Cleveland? We’ve got you covered.

Why You’ll Never Want to Leave:

At AMECO USA, we’re big enough to give you opportunities and resources but small enough to recognize your contributions. Our team is tight-knit, our culture is collaborative, and we support each other’s growth. You’ll always be in the thick of the action—working directly with clients, decision-makers, and production teams to see the fruits of your labor come to life. Plus, our 401(k), medical, dental, vision, and generous paid time off make it easy to thrive both in and outside the workplace.

This Job Is For You If:

  • You have 6-10 years of experience in project management or related roles.
  • You’re a tech-savvy leader who can use SolidWorks, AutoCAD, ProNest, and other industry software with ease.
  • You can generate original blueprints, shop drawings, or as-built designs from scratch or customer-provided documents.
  • You know how to prepare accurate cost estimates by studying blueprints and consulting with engineers and architects.
  • You’re a big-picture thinker who can identify cost-saving opportunities and improvements.
