We’re seeking a Commercial Roofing Estimator and a Commercial Roofing Project Manager to join our dynamic Fort Worth, Texas team. Keep reading if you’re ready to elevate your career to new heights.

Your New Role:

As a Project Manager, you will:

Oversee and manage all aspects of commercial roofing projects from inception to completion.
Develop and maintain project schedules, ensuring all milestones and deadlines are met.
Coordinate with clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure project specifications and expectations are met.
Utilize project management software to track project progress, resources, and budgets.
Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and industry standards.
Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, quality, and adherence to project plans.
Facilitate communication and collaboration among project stakeholders, addressing any issues or conflicts promptly.
Prepare and present regular project status reports to senior management and clients.
Manage project budgets, ensuring costs are controlled and financial objectives are achieved.
Oversee procurement processes, including negotiating contracts with suppliers and subcontractors.
Implement and oversee quality control measures to ensure high standards are maintained throughout the project.
Resolve any issues or delays that arise, implementing solutions to keep the project on track.
Provide leadership and support to the project team, fostering a collaborative and efficient work environment.
Ensure all project documentation is accurate, up-to-date, and stored appropriately.
Conduct post-project evaluations to identify areas for improvement and share best practices.

You have at least 5 years of experience in commercial roofing estimation.

You’re proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and have a clean driving record.

Job requirements

Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, preferably in commercial construction or roofing.
Strong knowledge of roofing systems, construction methods, and building codes.
Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Microsoft Project, Procore) and takeoff software (e.g., EDGE).
Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Strong leadership and team management abilities, with a focus on fostering a collaborative work environment.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively liaise with clients, subcontractors, and team members.
Demonstrated ability to develop and manage project budgets, ensuring financial objectives are met.
Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
