Your New Role

• Manage ground-up multifamily construction projects focused on HVAC and plumbing systems in Manassas, VA and surrounding metro areas

• Oversee large-scale podium and mixed-use developments ranging from 350 to 450 units

• Use Procore to manage scheduling, budgets, documentation, and project communication

• Coordinate with field teams, subcontractors, and internal stakeholders to ensure project execution

• Monitor timelines, costs, and resources to maintain profitability and efficiency

• Lead project meetings and provide updates to leadership and ownership

• Ensure compliance with safety standards, building codes, and project specifications

• Identify risks early and resolve issues to prevent delays and cost overruns

• Manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced construction environment

• Operate as a highly organized, self-directed leader who communicates clearly and consistently

• Minimum 10 years of experience in construction project management

• Experience in mechanical, HVAC, or plumbing trades

• High school diploma or equivalent required

• Strong understanding of construction processes, scheduling, and budgeting

• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities

• Highly organized with strong attention to detail

• Strong communicator who can coordinate across teams and stakeholders

• Self-starter who works independently and drives results

• Valid driver’s license and authorization to work in the United States
