Your New Role

• Lead industrial construction projects in Fairview, Pennsylvania and surrounding areas

• Plan, coordinate, and manage projects to meet schedule, budget, and quality goals

• Oversee material purchasing and subcontractor procurement

• Perform material takeoffs and review submittals for contract compliance

• Manage project changes, including pricing and documentation

• Track production and project performance metrics

• Collaborate daily with superintendents and field teams

• Review monthly billings and subcontractor invoices for accuracy

• Resolve design and construction challenges with field and office teams

• 6 to 10 years of project management experience in heavy civil or industrial construction

• Valid driver’s license

• Proven ability to manage multiple complex construction projects simultaneously

• Strong organizational and time management skills

• High attention to detail and accuracy

• Experience with public works projects such as sewer systems, water mains, roadwork, or bridges preferred
