Your New Role

  • Lead the full lifecycle of commercial construction projects ranging from $3M to $30M in Elk Ridge, UT and surrounding Wasatch Front areas

  • Own the schedule, budget, and quality on every job

  • Oversee and coordinate subcontractors, project engineers, and internal crews

  • Partner directly with ownership and clients to drive results and solve problems

  • Travel occasionally to job sites with company-paid accommodations

  • Be in the office and boots-on-ground on site, whichever it takes to get the job done

  • Roll up your sleeves and step in when needed to set the pace and standard for the team

Job requirements

  • 5+ years of commercial construction project management experience

  • Proven ability to run $3M–$30M+ projects

  • Construction Management degree or equivalent field experience

  • Skilled in estimating, scheduling, budget control, and documentation

  • Strong leadership and communication abilities

  • Proficient in construction management and estimating software

  • Must be tech-savvy and responsive; email, Dropbox, mobile tools, etc.

  • Bilingual in Spanish is a plus but not required

  • Willingness to travel and work occasional weekends if project demands
