As a Project Manager based in Denver, CO, you’ll take ownership of electrical construction projects from startup to closeout. You’ll manage scheduling, budgeting, procurement, and compliance while leading teams and ensuring client satisfaction.
Key responsibilities include:
Preparing and managing subcontracts, budgets, schedules, and project documentation
Hiring and supervising electricians to maintain workforce continuity
Negotiating purchase orders and reviewing submittals
Preparing monthly billings and managing project cash flow
Ensuring compliance with OSHA, NEC, and Ludvik safety standards
Providing leadership, mentorship, and training for field employees
Maintaining jobsite quality, material management, and subcontractor performance
Driving projects to stay on time, on budget, and above expectations

Four years of field experience or AAS/BS in construction management or related field
Ability to manage projects up to $3 million
Two to three years of experience as a Project Manager I or equivalent
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Primavera P6
Strong ability to interpret technical blueprints, one-lines, and specifications
Demonstrated ability to draft contracts, purchase orders, and change orders with accuracy
Experience preparing O&M manuals, submittals, and scheduling updates
Knowledge of NEC, NFPA 72, NFPA 70E, IBC, and IFC
Prior experience in electrical or construction industries
Experience using Newforma project management software
