Located in Brockport, NY, you’ll:
Take full ownership of commercial sitework projects from planning to completion
Handle layouts for excavation, utilities, and grading
Prep and organize materials, tools, and timelines for your crew
Communicate clearly across internal teams, subcontractors, and clients
Drive project schedules, fieldwork coordination, and progress tracking
Manage submittals, RFIs, and change orders with precision
Assist in estimating—material, labor, equipment—and ensure cost control
Identify and implement on-site efficiencies to boost performance

5+ years of experience in commercial sitework, excavation, or related fields
Proven ability to lead crews in a hands-on project management role
In-depth knowledge of grading, site layouts, and utility installation
Solid experience with estimating, takeoffs, and bid preparation
Ability to read and interpret blueprints, specs, and site plans
Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills
Skilled with project tracking and construction software
Valid driver’s license
Education: College degree or equivalent work experience required
