Your New Role

Located in Brockport, NY, you’ll:

• Take full ownership of commercial sitework projects from planning to completion

• Handle layouts for excavation, utilities, and grading

• Prep and organize materials, tools, and timelines for your crew

• Communicate clearly across internal teams, subcontractors, and clients

• Drive project schedules, fieldwork coordination, and progress tracking

• Manage submittals, RFIs, and change orders with precision

• Assist in estimating—material, labor, equipment—and ensure cost control

• Identify and implement on-site efficiencies to boost performance

• 5+ years of experience in commercial sitework, excavation, or related fields

• Proven ability to lead crews in a hands-on project management role

• In-depth knowledge of grading, site layouts, and utility installation

• Solid experience with estimating, takeoffs, and bid preparation

• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, specs, and site plans

• Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills

• Skilled with project tracking and construction software

• Valid driver’s license

• Education: College degree or equivalent work experience required
