Your New Role

• Lead the planning, execution, and completion of construction projects

• Ensure project deliverables align with scope, goals, and budgets

• Oversee multiple projects and manage Assistant Project Managers

• Communicate with stakeholders, from general contractors to field personnel

• Conduct status meetings and coordinate shop and field drawings

• Manage project budgets, timelines, and change orders

• Uphold safety standards and Suncoast Industries’ methodologies

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or related field (Required)

• Minimum 5 years of experience in construction project management

• Expertise in structural and architectural steel projects

• Familiarity with construction drawings, specifications, and contracts

• Proficiency in MS Office Suite and project management software (FabSuite preferred)

• Procore experience is a plus

• Strong leadership and communication skills
