Your New Role
- Project Planning – Develop detailed plans, including scope, schedule, and budgets, to ensure seamless execution.
- Client Coordination – Provide updates, resolve issues, and support client satisfaction throughout project lifecycles.
- Resource Management – Allocate manpower, materials, and equipment to maximize efficiency and timelines.
- Budget Oversight – Track costs, monitor expenses, and identify savings opportunities while staying within financial goals.
- Quality Assurance – Maintain exceptional standards through inspections, compliance checks, and prompt issue resolution.
- Team Leadership – Motivate and direct painters, subcontractors, and project teams to ensure on-time delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Safety Compliance – Implement and enforce safety protocols to create a secure working environment.
- Problem Solving – Tackle challenges with proactive decision-making to keep projects on track.

Job requirements
- Experience: 1–2 years of project management experience in painting or general construction.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency with project management software such as Bluebeam, Planswift, Buildertrend, Procore, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Language Skills (Preferred): Bilingual is a plus (Spanish)
- Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with commercial construction processes, painting techniques, and materials.
- Communication & Leadership: Strong organizational, leadership, and problem-solving abilities.
- Certifications & Education (Preferred): Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
- Must-Have Traits: Detail-oriented, results-driven, and committed to delivering top-notch customer satisfaction.
