Your New Role as a Commercial Project Manager

Based in Waldorf, Maryland, this position covers project sites across the region. You'll manage construction operations within Southern Maryland and surrounding commercial zones—balancing time in the office and on-site for maximum impact.

• Plan & Oversee: Lead projects from inception to completion, ensuring seamless coordination among tradespeople and subcontractors

• Budget & Schedule Management: Monitor costs and timelines closely, ensuring project objectives are met on time and within budget

• Estimating & Bidding: Provide accurate estimates and bids to position us for success

• Compliance & Blueprint Review: Use Bluebeam, RS Means, QuickBooks, and Adobe Acrobat to ensure high standards and adherence to building codes

• Experience: 5+ years in commercial construction project management with a strong background in construction estimating.

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or a related field preferred.

• Additional Requirements: Familiarity with government contracts and RS Means Online estimation software.

• Background Check: Ability to pass standard background checks for military base access.

• Work Authorization: Must be authorized to work in the US.
