Your New Role
As a Commercial Roofing Project Manager, you will:
- Oversee commercial roofing projects from start to finish, ensuring timelines and quality standards are met
- Develop and manage project schedules, coordinating closely with clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors
- Utilize project management software to monitor project progress, resources, and budgets
- Maintain compliance with all safety regulations and industry standards
- Conduct regular site visits to assess project quality, progress, and adherence to plans
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders, promptly resolving issues as they arise
- Prepare and present project updates to senior management and clients
- Manage project budgets, controlling costs and achieving financial objectives
- Oversee procurement and negotiate contracts with suppliers and subcontractors
- Implement quality control measures throughout each project phase
- Lead and support the project team, fostering collaboration and motivation
- Conduct post-project evaluations to drive continuous improvement

Job requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, preferably in commercial construction or roofing.
- Strong knowledge of roofing systems, construction methods, and building codes.
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Microsoft Project, Procore) and takeoff software (e.g., EDGE).
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong leadership and team management abilities, with a focus on fostering a collaborative work environment.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise with clients, subcontractors, and team members.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and manage project budgets, ensuring financial objectives are met.
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
