Your New Role as Commercial Project Manager

• Plan & Oversee: Lead projects from inception to completion, ensuring seamless coordination among tradespeople and subcontractors.
• Budget & Schedule Management: Monitor costs and timelines closely, ensuring project objectives are met on time and within budget.
• Estimating & Bidding: Provide accurate estimates and bids to position us for success.
• Compliance & Blueprint Review: Use Bluebeam, RS Means, QuickBooks, and Adobe Acrobat to ensure high standards and adherence to building codes.

• Experience: 5+ years in commercial construction project management with a strong background in construction estimating.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or a related field preferred.
• Skills: Proficiency in Bluebeam, RS Means, QuickBooks, Adobe Acrobat.
• Additional Requirements: Familiarity with government contracts and RS Means Online estimation software.
• Background Check: Ability to pass standard background checks for military base access.
• Work Authorization: Must be authorized to work in the US.
