Pay

• $28.00-$35.00/hour
  
• 5% gross pay annual bonus

Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage a crew of 2-30 employees on project sites
• Read and understand blueprints, submittals, and specifications to effectively oversee project execution
• Provide clear instructions and guidance to the crew members, ensuring tasks are completed accurately and efficiently
• Monitor and enforce adherence to safety protocols and regulations on the job site
• Coordinate and schedule work activities, ensuring timely project completion
• Collaborate with project managers, subcontractors, and clients to ensure project goals and objectives are met
• Conduct regular inspections to verify work quality and compliance with project requirements
• Identify and address any issues or obstacles that may arise during the project, implementing appropriate solutions
• Maintain accurate documentation and records related to project progress, materials, and manpower
• Foster a positive and productive work environment, promoting teamwork and professional growth among the crew members

• Possession of a valid driver's license is required
• Hold a KY Journeyman Plumbing License
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with team members, subcontractors, and clients
• Proficient technical skills, including the ability to read and understand blueprints, submittals, and specifications
• 6-10 years of previous experience as a Foreman is desired, but not required
• Strong leadership and supervisory skills to effectively manage a crew of varying sizes
• Ability to coordinate and schedule work activities to ensure timely project completion
• Knowledge of and adherence to safety protocols and regulations
• Attention to detail and ability to ensure work quality and compliance with project requirements
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Excellent organizational and documentation skills to maintain accurate records and project documentation
• Must be authorized to work in the US
