Pay: $65,000–$75,000 per year (weekly pay)
Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8-hour shifts

This position is based in Waldorf, MD, and requires reliable commuting or relocation before your start date. As the Project Engineer, you’ll:
Assist the project management team throughout the lifecycle of commercial construction projects
Support bids, startup logistics, submittals, RFIs, and closeout tasks
Read and interpret blueprints to ensure technical accuracy
Communicate with clients and internal teams on deliverables
Use construction project management software (Bluebeam, Procore, Smartsheet) to track tasks and documentation
Handle project-related administrative duties to keep operations running smoothly

Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or equivalent experience (3–5 years in a Project Engineer role)
Strong understanding of commercial construction processes
Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Procore, and construction-related software
Solid blueprint reading and interpretation skills
Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving abilities
Ability to work onsite in Waldorf, MD (commute or relocation required)
