Your New Role

As a Project Engineer in Phoenix, AZ, you’ll be the backbone of construction project coordination, ensuring everything runs smoothly from start to finish across offices, construction sites, commercial buildings, and retail stores. You’ll be responsible for:

• Managing RFIs & Submittals: Track, review, and process RFIs and submittals to ensure compliance with contract documents.

• Change Order Processing: Prepare and review all change orders while maintaining accurate documentation.

• Project Coordination: Assist the project team in daily operations, keeping schedules, budgets, and documentation in check.

• Site Involvement: Work closely with the superintendent and subcontractors to ensure project success.

• Final Closeout: Manage final quantities, change orders, and agreements to wrap up projects efficiently.

Location: Phoenix, AZ (work at office, construction sites, commercial buildings, and retail stores).

• 3-5 years of experience in commercial construction project coordination

• OSHA 10 Certification

• Strong organizational, multi-tasking, and time management skills

• Excellent oral and written communication skills

• Self-motivated with attention to detail under pressure

• Critical thinking and decision-making skills

• Preferred: Experience with Microsoft applications, Sage, Textura, Bluebeam, and Procore

• Must adhere to a tobacco-free policy
