Your New Role

  • Coordinate daily project activities, timelines, and documentation in Louisville, KY (primary location: 40210, with travel to nearby job sites including 40214)

  • Review architectural drawings and construction documents to support project execution

  • Manage RFIs, submittals, and project tracking using platforms like Procore, Fieldwire, Autodesk Build, and similar tools

  • Maintain accurate project records, logs, and digital files

  • Communicate with project managers, subcontractors, vendors, and field teams to keep work aligned

Black Oak Cabinetry Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate cabinetry drawings, elevations, and specifications with internal and external teams

  • Support takeoffs and material planning for casework and millwork projects

  • Track fabrication schedules, deliveries, and installation timelines

  • Perform field verification of measurements and installation readiness

  • Communicate discrepancies, changes, and updates to the project team

E Tabb Design, Construction & Development Responsibilities:

  • Assist with quantity takeoffs and project scope verification

  • Coordinate permit applications and track approvals through local jurisdictions

  • Help maintain construction schedules, milestones, and progress tracking

  • Conduct site visits to verify progress, measurements, and completed work

  • Coordinate material pickups and deliveries between job sites and vendors as needed

Job requirements

  • High school diploma required

  • Coursework or degree in construction management, architecture, engineering, or related field preferred

  • 1+ years of experience in construction coordination, project support, or a related field preferred

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

  • Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications

  • Experience with Procore, Fieldwire, Autodesk Build, Bluebeam, or similar construction management software is a plus

  • Strong communication skills with the ability to work across office and field teams

  • Valid driver’s license and ability to travel locally to job sites
