Your New Role

  • Work from the Hickory, Kentucky office while managing a national customer base

  • Develop relationships with contractors, distributors, dealers, and industry professionals

  • Identify new business opportunities and generate sales growth

  • Educate customers on water heater products, applications, and solutions

  • Maintain regular communication with accounts to support long-term partnerships

  • Track sales activity, opportunities, and customer interactions using CRM software

  • Coordinate with internal departments to ensure accurate order processing and customer satisfaction

  • Stay informed on industry trends, product knowledge, and competitor activity

Job requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in plumbing, HVAC, water heater sales, or B2B sales

  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills

  • Ability to manage customer accounts and sales activities independently

  • Experience using CRM systems and sales tracking tools

  • Knowledge of tanked or tankless water heater systems preferred

  • Existing industry relationships within plumbing or HVAC markets preferred

  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced sales environment

  • Strong organizational and follow-up skills
