Develop relationships with contractors, distributors, dealers, and industry professionals
Identify new business opportunities and generate sales growth
Educate customers on water heater products, applications, and solutions
Maintain regular communication with accounts to support long-term partnerships
Track sales activity, opportunities, and customer interactions using CRM software
Coordinate with internal departments to ensure accurate order processing and customer satisfaction
Stay informed on industry trends, product knowledge, and competitor activity

3+ years of experience in plumbing, HVAC, water heater sales, or B2B sales
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Ability to manage customer accounts and sales activities independently
Experience using CRM systems and sales tracking tools
Knowledge of tanked or tankless water heater systems preferred
Existing industry relationships within plumbing or HVAC markets preferred
Comfortable working in a fast-paced sales environment
Strong organizational and follow-up skills
