Based in Hickory, Kentucky, supporting plumbing clients nationwide
Manage and grow a portfolio of B2B plumbing accounts including dealers, distributors, and contractors
Drive new business development within the plumbing and water heater market
Promote and sell tanked and tankless water heaters to qualified partners
Provide product guidance, system sizing support, and application recommendations
Maintain ongoing relationships to ensure repeat business and long-term partnerships
Track sales activity, manage pipeline, and document account details in CRM software
Collaborate with operations and support teams to ensure accurate order fulfillment and customer satisfaction

3 to 5 years of experience in plumbing sales, water heater sales, or B2B account management
Existing book of business within the plumbing industry preferred
Working knowledge of tanked and tankless water heater systems
Strong understanding of plumbing systems, codes, and market trends
Proven ability to generate leads, close sales, and grow territory revenue
Experience using CRM systems and managing a sales pipeline
Strong communication, negotiation, and organizational skills
Ability to work independently and manage a national account base
