Your New Role

  • Lead and supervise commercial plumbing, HVAC, and mechanical construction projects

  • Manage field crews, subcontractors, schedules, and daily jobsite operations

  • Coordinate manpower, materials, equipment, and project timelines to ensure successful project completion

  • Maintain quality control and ensure all systems are installed according to specifications, codes, and safety standards

  • Conduct site inspections, progress meetings, and daily reporting

  • Mentor plumbers, pipefitters, HVAC installers, and foremen to maintain high workmanship standards

  • Collaborate with project managers, vendors, clients, and internal teams to keep projects on track

  • Enforce OSHA safety standards and company safety policies across all jobsites

  • Troubleshoot field issues and implement effective solutions to maintain productivity and schedule performance

  • Support commercial service and maintenance operations when needed

Job requirements

  • 7+ years of commercial or industrial plumbing and HVAC construction experience

  • 2+ years of superintendent, foreman, or field leadership experience is preferred

  • Strong background in commercial plumbing systems, HVAC systems, piping, ductwork, and mechanical equipment installation

  • Ability to manage multiple crews and commercial projects simultaneously

  • Knowledge of commercial mechanical codes, blueprints, and construction safety standards

  • OSHA 30 and EPA Certification are required

  • Journeyman or Master Plumbing/HVAC licensing preferred

  • Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills

  • Ability to work effectively in fast-paced commercial construction environments

  • Valid driver’s license
