If you enjoy diagnosing tough drain and sewer problems and using camera technology to uncover what is really happening underground, this is a role where your skills will be put to work every day.
Hourly Pay: $27 to $32 per hour depending on experience and qualifications
Performance Pay: Monthly earning opportunity up to 20 percent on revenue generated above target
Schedule: Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM
On Call Rotation: Weekend emergency rotation about every 6 to 8 weeks
Weekly Hours: Typically 41 to 50 hours per week

Perform sewer and drain inspections using specialized camera and locator equipment
Diagnose underground plumbing issues such as root intrusion, damaged pipes, improper pipe grade, and deterioration
Explain inspection findings to customers and present practical repair or replacement solutions
Recommend services including hydro jetting, pipe repair, and trenchless options when appropriate
Document inspections with accurate notes and detailed reports
Maintain and care for camera and locating equipment to ensure reliable operation
Coordinate with plumbing service and installation teams to complete projects efficiently
Follow all local plumbing codes and company safety practices
Deliver a professional and respectful customer experience from arrival to job completion
Work based out of Tyler, Texas and serve customers within about a 40 mile radius of 75703

Active Texas Tradesman Plumber License or higher
3 to 5 years of plumbing experience including sewer camera inspection work
Ability to identify plumbing system issues and clearly explain solutions to customers
Experience documenting service work and creating clear written inspection reports
High School diploma or equivalent
Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record
Willingness to participate in a rotating emergency call schedule
