Pay

• $48,000.00-$150,000.00 annually
• + Bonus based on monthly revenue & SPIFF program

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and diagnose plumbing issues to identify the root cause of problems
• Perform installations and replacements of plumbing systems, fixtures, and components
• Ensure proper installation and alignment of plumbing equipment according to specifications and industry standards
• Interpret blueprints and technical specifications for plumbing installation projects
• Collaborate with team members and contractors to coordinate plumbing installations and replacements
• Adhere to safety protocols and regulations during plumbing installations and repairs
• Test and verify the functionality of plumbing systems after installations or repairs
• Provide recommendations and solutions for any identified plumbing issues or necessary replacements
• Complete necessary documentation and maintain accurate records of plumbing installations and replacements

Our Hiring Process

• Possession of a valid driver's license and clean driving record
• Effective communication skills
• Knowledge of Plumbing tools and materials, including their proper usage and maintenance
• Previous experience in Plumbing is desired, with a preference for candidates with 3-5 years of experience
• Ability to meet hardline requirements, including passing a background check and drug test
• Familiarity with Plumbing EPA regulations is helpful, but not mandatory
• Demonstrated experience as a Plumbing Technician, showcasing proficiency in the installation, maintenance, and repair of plumbing systems
• Experience in multiple fields: HVAC, Plumbing, Pipe Fitting, Sprinkler work a plus
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot and diagnose plumbing issues effectively
• Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions and specifications accurately
• Physical stamina and ability to work in varying weather conditions and physically demanding environments
• Commitment to safety protocols and adherence to industry standards
• Must be authorized to work in the US.
