Responsibilities

• Effectively communicate with service customers to understand and address their plumbing needs.
• Demonstrate knowledge of the service industry and perform plumbing repairs with expertise.
• Troubleshoot plumbing issues and provide effective solutions to resolve them.
• Work with various plumbing-related materials such as PVC, copper, cast iron, etc., to complete service tasks.
• Perform sewer and drain cleaning and inspections to diagnose and resolve blockages and damage.
• Conduct faucet repairs and toilet repairs to ensure proper functionality.
• Perform pump repairs for various plumbing systems.
• Accurately process paperwork and documentation after completing a plumbing repair or service.
• Collaborate and work effectively with other employees to complete plumbing repairs and projects.
