Your New Role

• Handle residential and light commercial plumbing service, repair, maintenance, and diagnostics in Tucson, Arizona.

• Troubleshoot plumbing problems and determine appropriate repair solutions.

• Inspect, service, and repair plumbing systems and components.

• Work on water heaters, drains, fixtures, piping systems, and related plumbing equipment.

• Explain service findings and available repair options clearly to customers.

• Provide professional and helpful customer service throughout each service call.

• Complete invoices and required job documentation accurately.

• Keep your company vehicle clean, organized, and properly stocked.

• Follow established company procedures and safety standards on every job.

• At least 1 year of residential plumbing service and repair experience preferred.

• Knowledge of plumbing diagnostics, troubleshooting, maintenance, service, and repair techniques.

• Familiarity with residential plumbing systems and light commercial plumbing environments.

• Strong customer service and communication skills.

• Ability to complete service work independently and collaborate with team members when needed.

• Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.

• Ability to lift the tools, equipment, and materials necessary to perform plumbing service work.

• Ability to work in residential and light commercial environments.
