Your New Role

• Perform residential plumbing service, repairs, and maintenance throughout Monroe County and the surrounding counties, based out of Bloomington, Indiana

• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair residential plumbing systems and equipment

• Deliver courteous, professional, and accurate service on every job

• Clearly explain plumbing concerns and recommended solutions to homeowners

• Build lasting customer relationships through honest communication and exceptional service

• Complete accurate job documentation using ServiceTitan

• Operate a take-home company vehicle while maintaining a clean, organized work environment

• Follow company safety standards while delivering high-quality workmanship

• Collaborate with your team to provide dependable service and an outstanding customer experience

• 4 or more years of residential in-home plumbing service experience

• Journeyman Plumber License preferred, or willingness to attend plumbing school to obtain licensure

• Strong experience servicing, troubleshooting, diagnosing, and repairing residential plumbing systems

• Strong customer communication and relationship-building skills

• Ability to learn and effectively use ServiceTitan

• Team-oriented with a positive, adaptable attitude

• Comfortable performing the physical requirements of the position

• Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record

• Honest, dependable, and committed to delivering quality workmanship

• Authorized to work in the United States
