Your New Role

• Perform residential and light commercial plumbing service, maintenance, diagnostics, and repair

• Inspect, troubleshoot, and repair plumbing systems and components

• Service water heaters, fixtures, drains, piping systems, and related equipment

• Identify plumbing issues and recommend appropriate repair solutions

• Communicate clearly with customers regarding service findings and available options

• Complete job documentation and invoices accurately

• Maintain a clean, organized, and properly stocked company vehicle

• Deliver professional customer service on every job

• Follow company procedures and safety standards at all times

• At least 1 year of residential plumbing service and repair experience preferred

• Knowledge of plumbing systems, diagnostics, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair techniques

• Strong communication and customer service skills

• Ability to work independently and collaborate with team members when needed

• Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record

• Ability to lift tools, equipment, and materials required for the job

• Ability to work in residential and light commercial environments
