Responsibilities

• Diagnose plumbing issues accurately and efficiently.
• Prepare effective solutions to address plumbing problems.
• Communicate with customers, presenting them with various options for resolving their plumbing issues.
• Provide clear explanations of recommended solutions, including benefits and potential outcomes.
• Perform plumbing repairs, installations, and maintenance tasks with precision and care.
• Ensure customer satisfaction by delivering high-quality service and addressing any concerns or questions promptly.
• Maintain organized records of work performed and materials used for each service call.
• Adhere to safety protocols and industry standards to ensure a safe working environment for oneself and others.

• Journeyman Plumber license
• Valid driver's license
• At least 3+ years of experience in plumbing
• Proficiency in diagnosing and resolving plumbing issues
• Ability to communicate effectively with customers and provide solutions.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Must be authorized to work in the US.
