Responsibilities
- Run service and repair calls for plumbing issues.
- Inspect, diagnose, and troubleshoot plumbing problems efficiently.
- Estimate the scope of plumbing jobs accurately.
- Provide clear and detailed explanations of plumbing issues to customers.
- Present effective and practical solutions to resolve plumbing problems.
- Offer recommendations for repairs, replacements, and improvements as necessary.
- Ensure the safe and proper use of tools and equipment during service calls.
- Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor when dealing with customers.
- Complete service calls in a timely manner, meeting or exceeding customer expectations.
- Keep accurate records of service calls, parts used, and work performed.
- Comply with all safety regulations and company policies.
- Continuously update knowledge and skills in plumbing technology and techniques.
- Collaborate with team members and provide support when required.
- Maintain a clean and organized work vehicle and tools.
