Now, let's talk about your responsibilities.
As a Plumbing Service Technician with us, you'll diagnose all types of residential plumbing issues to identify the root cause of the problem. Understand and utilize the Big Blue presentation system to effectively communicate with customers. Write and present options to customers that are clear and easy to understand. Carry out all aspects of residential plumbing repairs and installations, including but not limited to; repairing or replacing broken or leaky pipes, clearing clogged drains and toilets, and installing and repairing faucets, fixtures, and water heaters. Communicate effectively with customers to answer questions and address concerns. Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used. Ensure all work is performed to code and company standards and stay up-to-date on new plumbing technologies and techniques. Collaborate with team members to improve efficiency and customer service.

• 2 years of professional experience 
• Experience with all aspects of residential plumbing which includes drain cleaning, drain repairs, sewer repairs, replacements, water line repairs, and installations in copper sweat and press, repiping, gas water heater repair, and installation including tankless water heaters.
• Experience in Repairs and installations of toilets, faucets, shower valves, bathtubs
• Experience in writing and presentation of estimates (Service Titan)
• Experienced in Sales, Retail, or Client Success preferred
• Valid Drivers License and an acceptable driving record 
• Clean Background Check and Drug Test
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
