Responsibilities

• Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems in residential properties
• Inspect plumbing systems and identify issues or potential problems
• Diagnose plumbing problems and determine appropriate solutions
• Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as cleaning drains and replacing worn-out parts
• Install and repair fixtures, faucets, toilets, sinks, and other plumbing components
• Install and repair water supply lines, drainage systems, and sewage lines
• Collaborate with other professionals, such as electricians or contractors, to complete projects
• Follow safety procedures and use appropriate tools and equipment.
• Provide excellent customer service and address client inquiries and concerns
• Estimate costs and provide quotes for plumbing services
• Keep accurate records of work performed, materials used, and time spent
• Stay updated on industry trends, new technologies, and plumbing codes
• Troubleshoot and repair water heaters, water pumps, and other plumbing-related appliances
• Respond to emergency plumbing calls and resolve urgent issues promptly
• Educate clients on proper maintenance practices to prevent future plumbing problems
• Maintain cleanliness and tidiness in work areas
• Adhere to ethical standards and maintain confidentiality
• Collaborate with colleagues and assist with training and mentoring junior technicians
• Attend professional development programs and training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge
