Your New Role

As a Plumbing Service Technician, you’ll be on the road, helping residential customers with everything from routine maintenance to emergency repairs. Based in Rockwall, TX, and serving a 30-mile radius, your day will start with checking your schedule, loading up your company vehicle, and heading out to diagnose, repair, and install plumbing systems. You’ll use your skills to:

• Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems and fixtures

• Diagnose and troubleshoot issues to find the best solutions

• Read and interpret blueprints and technical diagrams

• Deliver top-notch customer service while ensuring quality workmanship

• Work on an on-call rotation, with overtime, weekends, and night shifts as needed

• Experience: 1-2 years of residential plumbing experience

• Certification: Texas Journeyman Plumber License

• Education: High school coursework completed

• Other Requirements:

  • Must be at least 21 years old to operate a company vehicle

  • Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record

  • Ability to work in residential environments and handle physical demands of the job
