$2,000.00 Sign On Bonus for Well-qualified Candidates
$60.00 billable hour Bonus Structure with additional material bonus

Responsibilities
Effectively diagnose problems related to residential plumbing, drain, gas, and water heating challenges
Utilize a provided iPad to present clients with upfront options to address their concerns
Perform corrective actions for approved repairs
Ensure client satisfaction by addressing their needs and concerns
Provide high-quality customer service throughout the service process
Maintain a professional and respectful demeanor while interacting with clients
Adhere to industry best practices and safety guidelines during repair and maintenance work
Keep up-to-date with the latest plumbing techniques, technologies, and industry standards
Communicate effectively with clients to provide updates on the progress of repairs or maintenance work
Maintain accurate records of work performed, including detailed notes and necessary documentation
Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure seamless service delivery
Follow company policies and procedures regarding service quality and customer satisfaction

Job requirements
Insurable driving record
Possession of all plumbing certifications (any certifications are welcome)
Good communication skills, being upfront, honest, and a straight shooter
Technical expertise in plumbing systems of all ages
Experience in direct one-on-one customer service
Sales experience
On-the-job experience in plumbing-related trades
Willingness to undergo self-paced training to enhance technical skills
Successful completion of a background check
R3-5 years of related plumbing experience
Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
